Quantum Entanglement, We are all One

During the past couple of years, I had read of and heard in conversation, the theory of Quantum Entanglement, The Science behind the spritual concept that ‘We are all ONE’

The idea that we are all connected despite the appearance that we are seperate individuals is one of the basic teachings in Buddhism. Quantum Entanglement perhaps goes some way in explaining, at least scientifically, how for example, two people involved in a healing session can be in two different locations…be it in another room in the same building or as far away in different continents, can result in a positive change in the receiver…or allower…of the healing changes…

Psychic Recommendation

I wish to recommend a wonderful genuine Psychic who gives accurate, insightful, wise readings. Her words are so very healing and astonishingly accurate. Sam gave me the most helpful reading with regards to a family member I was concerned with. It was a true blessing and I am so grateful I connected with her.

Reality, what we expect is what we see

Below are two videos that support the theory that what we expect to see in life, in our reality,
we will see..or approximately half the subjects in the experiment did so….interesting! 🙂
What is escaping our notice if we are open to see more?
Did you see them?? 😉

A beautiful video

Compassion and Self Care

Often we feel compelled to help others in need, to the detriment of our own health and sense of well-being. We may find it difficult to say no, and ignore our own body when it is giving us signs of tiredness or overload. Some months ago having added the emotion ‘Overcare’ to the list of potential trapped emotions that my clients may be holding, it was most interesting to read a recent article from the Institute of Heartmath showing how important it is to show compassion to oneself.

HeartMath founder Doc Childre writes about the critical need for self-compassion – taking care of you when you are in need or hurting – and the importance of not engaging in overcare – trying to do too much to ease others’ pain and suffering.

“Much of the global population tends to feel a little shy about radiating love and compassion to themselves,” Childre explains. “It can seem selfish or self-centered, or we might feel we don’t deserve it. … Self-compassion and self-care maintenance are a first step in increasing the quality and effectiveness of our love and compassion for others.

“Two of the biggest energy drains on the planet are overcare and the sympathy we project. As the planetary shift continues, these types of energy drain will dissipate as we mature into a new era of intelligence. As we learn to balance our empathetic interactions through practice we can sense and feel compassion for the stresses of others, but we still can maintain our objectivity, emotion regulation and resilience.”

“Happiness, health and even longevity are benefits that have been reported in more than fifty investigations using a variety of methodologies on the effects of compassion towards others,” wrote the article’s author, Stony Brook Professor Stephen G. Post, Ph.D.
“The conclusion of this review is that when we help others, we help ourselves, with the caveat that we need balance in our lives and should not be overwhelmed,” said Post, head of Stony Brook’s Division of Medicine in Society and director of the Center for Medical Humanities, Compassionate Care and Bioethics.

Please do not feel guilty if you are too tired to help out when asked. Give yourself permission to say that you are not able to help at this moment. Offering help when you are able, is being authentic to your needs. Having healthy boundaries with your time is a gift to you and to the other.
I learnt this valuable lesson the hard way during my nursing career. My health suffered because I felt compelled to say yes to requests for my time and because of a lack of numbers of available staff on the unit I was working in. My body was signalling that I was tired and I chose to ignore it until I was given a huge wake-up call and had to have time off to recover from exhaustion. What was at the root of this lesson? To love and value me, my time and my health. That there was always someone there to help and it didn’t have to be me. My Overcare had it’s roots in a Past life and an inherited emotion and belief. Thankfully, I cleared it and now have healthy  boundaries caring for myself with compassion and understanding.

The Science of Happiness, Gratitude, Dr Emoto

Love and gratitude.according to Dr Masaru Emoto are two of the most beneficial energies with which we can vibrate. During his experiments on water molecules, featured in his books,’Hidden Messages in Water’ and The True Power of Water’, Dr Emoto discovered that the frozen water molecules subjected to those two words created the most beautiful crystals.

During one experiment he labelled a container of water with the words ‘Love and Gratitude’ and heated the container in a Microwave oven for 15 secondsHe also heated a container of water without a label, for the same period of time.

The experiment showed that the container without the label formed a very irregular circle. The container with Love and Gratitude developed an almost perfect crystal.

Love and gratitde has the most positive effect on energy..on our energy. Our physical body is made up by a large percentage of water, approx. 70%. Love and gratitude, according to Dr Emoto and as seen in the experiment in the Science of Happiness has an uplifting and possibly healing effect on the giver and the receiver 🙂

I intend Love and Gratitude to all who are reading this blog, may you be blessed with Joy and Laughter, Peace and Contentment

Nelson Mandela some of his inspirational words

“What counts in life is not the mere fact that we have lived. It is what difference we have made to the lives of others that will determine the significance of the life we lead.”

“Man’s goodness is a flame that can be hidden but never extinguished.”
– Nelson Mandela. 1994. Long Walk to Freedom

And a personal favourite,”Courage is not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear.” – Nelson Mandela (1918-2013)

It takes courage to face our fears. We may push our fears down, decide that they are insignificant in a world filled with distressing and disturbing events. Our ego may call to us to stop looking for the reasons beneath our fear in our struggle to find our own peace. Listen carefully and we will hear the whisper of our Higher self ‘en..couraging’ us to unearth and conquer our fears. Nelson Mandela overcame his fears, of that I am sure, and he can be a guiding light to lead us to uncover ours.

Nelson chose Marianne Williamson’s words for his inaugural speech. Please read them and own them as your own,

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be?
You are a child of God.
Your playing small does not serve the world.
There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so other people won’t feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do.
We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us.
It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone.
And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.
As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”

Empowered to be who we truly are

The lyrics of Katy Perry’s ‘Firework’ is an old favourite…so empowering! Having the confidence and courage to be seen for who we truly are, empowered with self confidence and self love. Within all of us there is a spark of Divinity spoken of so often by many traditions. Through identifying and releasing trapped emotions, negative beliefs and programs …we can feel lighter, brighter and empowered to be who we truly are 🙂

The Tree and the power of Oneness

Can you watch this without feeling emotional? Working together moves, well if not mountains, certainly trees:-) Wouldn’t it be so truly wonderful if we choose to work together to assist one another? If we can extend this simple but profound message given in this short film, to all conflict and difficulties in the world, what a different place the world would be

Different Dimensions,

This message talks of dimensions. We can be locked in a reality, for instance, where we are feeling down and see no way out of a situation. Our emotions and beliefs overpower us and we feel trapped. This may be a situation where we react  with feelings of sadness. A simple shift in thinking, from sadness to to seeing and feeling a different outcome..one of joy and positivity, can lead us into a new reality. We can visualise ourselves with a different outcome, a new, exciting outcome. Our reality has shifted from one of ‘stuckness’ to one of allowance and potential.

Out of the Box, a message through Peggy Black:www.MorningMessages.com The dimensions are a matter of frequency and vibration. Humans travel from one dimension to another many times a day. If it is not within their belief system, they are not aware of this and will not recognize this happening. For them it does not exist. You only see what you believe. Your reality matches your beliefs. That’s the tricky part. You look out at your reality and see a certain experience. You see it – it looks real, feels real, and others agree that it’s real. Therefore, it must be real.

“You continue to gather proof of its realness. You even write books about its realness. You have organisations around its realness. You fight for its realness. It is only real because you are operating in a frequency or belief that makes it real. This is what is termed a locked down reality. Everything strengthens the illusion and strengthens the beliefs of the illusionary realness. The key is to begin to stretch your beliefs, stretch your knowing. You have a term that is excellent which invites this stretch – Think out of the box.Notice when your experiences feel limiting. Notice when you are thinking thoughts that do not empower you. Notice when you feel shut down. Notice when you long for more yet feel trapped. Notice when you sense there is something more that could unfold. When that is happening you are touching the sides of your limitation box.At those moments you can shift the frequency, you can shift your mental vibration and begin to allow another reality to emerge, practice stretching, expanding your way of viewing events. Practice a visualization of being above the events or just outside the event. Change your perspective, your viewpoint, just a little. Allow the sides of your belief box to expand to include something slightly different, slightly new, something that you “normally” would not even consider a possibility because it would be too far out, too unreal. Remember you see what you believe. Making connections with other dimensions is just a matter of stepping out of the box, the limited mental or emotional box. It is vibrating at a higher frequency, stepping out of old limited beliefs and welcoming the awareness of your multidimensional starself. Allow a softening, a merging of the dimensions, a flow, gentle and smooth shifting frequency and vibration. The golden key is conscious practice of vibrating joy, gratitude and appreciation, moment to moment to moment. These are high frequency vibrations; they allow your box of limited thinking to disappear.”
At times we may be able to make this shift easily and effortlessly, with no assistance from others. However, there may be times when we recognise that we need to look deeper into the emotions and beliefs that are keeping us ‘stuck’, and acknowledge and clear them with the assistance of a friend or therapist to clear the root of the energies. We then find ourselves ‘out of the box’ venturing into new and lighter territory, unencumbered by old beliefs, feelings and emotions
